Yesterdays moment. I have been walking through absolutely quiet frozen Carpathian forest and all at once a i heard beautiful whistles of this strayed bird. It was really beautiful contrast.

This photo is absolutely gorgeous with this pristine landscape and the contrast of this red bird. The light grey and whites in this picture create amazing contrast with the bright red bird. The trees covered in snow create a silent feel to this picture, while the bird brings this piece alive. Alive in the sense that even though it may be covered in snow, there is still life thriving in the midst of this. The technique is great; by putting the subject of the picture off center, you've created spectacular interest. This is executed very well, and the snow on most of these trees is stunningly clear. Very nice work, keep it up Janek-Sedlar.
